Our history

Megawatt Academy started with a simple idea: utilize visual-based learning methods to create a system of learning tailored to students that helps them absorb and retain practical information they can use for the rest of their lives.

Much of modern education relies heavily on repetition, often leading students to cram for tests and assignments. While this approach may help students pass exams, much of the information is quickly forgotten once the test is over.

Dating back to Ancient Greece, visual memorization techniques are nothing new, but the Megawatt system takes these time-tested ideas and applies them in an intuitive way to help students learn important information quickly and retain it long-term. By designing visual learning experiences specifically tailored to key subjects, Megawatt Academy helps students build strong memory connections that support them throughout their education and well into the future.
